interior painted wall of dining room

At 360° Painting® Austin-Bastrop, it’s our expert interior painters’ high standards and detailed painting methods that have earned us glowing reviews from homeowners throughout the Greater Austin Area. From our initial written estimate to our thorough final inspection, we are committed to making every step of your next painting project a hassle-free success.

To help you understand why so many homeowners in the Bastrop area return to us again and again for their painting needs, we’ve come up with a list of questions our interior painters frequently answer.

Do I Need to Move My Furniture?

At 360° Painting Austin-Bastrop, our interior painters are here to take care of every detail of your next painting project. While we ask that you remove your wall hangings and personal belonging to minimize risk, we’ll do all the heavy lifting. Before we begin painting, we’ll move your furniture to the center of the room and protect it during the painting process using plastic sheeting. We’ll also protect your floors using canvas drop cloths.

How Will You Prepare My Walls for Painting?

Our interior painters will meticulously prepare your home for painting to ensure a smooth and uniform finish. We will remove electrical face plates, hand sand and scrape the areas to be painted, and fill in any holes, cracks, or voids in the walls. Our interior painters are also experts at repairing damaged drywall, and will include the cost of this service in our initial bid.

Will You Use Primer?

Primer is applied for a variety of reasons. Our interior painters evaluate the need for primer during the initial estimate. We will recommend primer if painting over new drywall or wood, if we are covering an oil-based paint, or if you have chosen a dramatically different color for the room we are working in.

How Many Coats of Paint Will You Apply?

At 360° Painting Austin-Bastrop, our interior painters use the premium paints and finishes offered by Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. Although each job is unique, because the paints we use are of such high quality, we find two coats is usually enough to cover brush strokes and leave your walls with a long-lasting and scrub-resistant finish.
