Meet the Owners of 360° Painting Of Cleveland

Hello, I am Frank and my wife Karen and I are co-owners of 360° Painting in Cleveland, Ohio. I am a Geologist by schooling and moved to Denver, Colorado right after graduation with Karen where 2 of our 3 girls were born. We started our business 6 years ago after I lost my job as a Senior Technical Program Manager on a large Region V, USEPA Emergency Response contract to a larger consulting engineering firm after winning 2 back-to-back contracts. Being a multi-office manager, a mentor to many under the contract, and a self-motivated individual, I felt it was now or never to take the plunge and leave Corporate America. After much prayer, revelation, and consultation we started the business having faith in God that he would help and guide us through this process. Karen, although the majority owner, held on to her part-time job primarily to provide insurance for our family. Starting a business after working for someone all my life was hard at first, but we have achieved what we planned to do and constantly look for ways to improve each day.

Our family is small – consisting of our 3 daughters, two of which are married and are school teachers and the youngest is an OT. We have 2 grandchildren from my oldest daughter Krista, who are big soccer players much to my delight as a former player and coach, and our rescue Pit Luna. Our business motto to summarize… is to develop relationships with customers, not just do paint jobs. We accomplish this through good communication, trust, and quality workmanship. Our business is now mostly built on word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business.
