Paul Bratone, Owner of 360° Painting Monmouth County
In early 2018, I launched 360° Painting Monmouth County with the idea of offering the highest quality painting services at a reasonable price without the common hassles associated with traditional providers.
First and foremost, our priority is to provide the highest quality painting services and guaranteeing it in writing for every customer. I have learned that this isn’t enough and we have to go above and beyond. At 360° Painting we continually focus on customer service and communication, two elements that we believe are of the utmost importance.
As residents of Fair Haven for over twenty years, my wife Laurie and I have developed strong ties to the Monmouth County community. Laurie, an executive for local non-profits has served as a director of a variety of local organizations dedicated to the preservation of our history and environment, including the Monmouth County Historical Society, the Sandy Hook Foundation and the American Littoral Society. We feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to raise our three children in Fair Haven, and believe that giving back to the community is the best way to illustrate this belief.
My background includes over seventeen years in financial services, where my primary responsibility over the years was to maintain and improve relationships with the portfolio managers of hedge funds, mutual funds and pension funds. As you can imagine, this was a clientele that demanded a very high level of service, including clear and concise communication and a nearly fanatical attention to detail.
After my career in finance, I followed a life-long dream and entered the hospitality industry by becoming a partner in a then year-old restaurant in New York and taking on the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations. After building a successful business, the partnership sold the original restaurant and I came back down to the Shore and ran well known local establishments such as McLoone’s Pier House, Salt Creek Grille and Beach Tavern at the Channel Club Marina.
The consistent thread in these endeavors is the dedication to the notion that having a high-quality product is only half the battle; it must be accompanied by exceptional customer service at every level to provide 100% satisfaction for the customer.
What does exceptional customer service entail in the painting business? Then we do the simple things that other painting contractors can’t seem to pull off, we show up for the appointment, we are on time, we will communicate with you to allow for any last-minute changes and, we provide an estimate on the spot, if requested. And when we win your business, the same level of service applies; the job site is clean at the end of every work day, we store supplies where instructed, and we respect your home or workplace as if it were our own.
