Meet the Team

Jen Colon, COO

Jen (aka Big Boss) is the face of our company. She isn’t just a mother of 3, a devoted wife, but also handles all day to day operations for our local small business.  This includes everything from Production, Customer engagement and support, to our most complex administrative tasks. Her background in Marketing and within the Paint Industry, flourishes through her extensive knowledge about all our products.  She offers FREE color consultations for our clients to help you pick out the best paint for your job.  And when she is not working, or leading our community service efforts, she enjoys Crafting, Coaching, and Yoga.  So don’t be surprised if you run into her at a local studio… just say HI and keep us in mind for your next project!

Gabe Colon, CEO

Gabe (aka Little Boss) is our master visionary.  His thoughtful approach to business has truly helped our company scale over the years, and continues to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts.  With a corporate background expanding beyond 20 years, Gabe leads our crews with empathy offering continuing education, ongoing jobsite support, and manages our customer relations. When Gabe is not playing sports himself, he spends the rest of his spare time traveling or Coaching Basketball and Softball.  His golf game continues to improve, but is nowhere near as good as the quality of our work.  So don’t be afraid to hack up the local golf courses with Gabe, or meet up with him at one of York County’s finest restaurants.

Kristin Woods, Administrative Manager

Kristin is our best kept secret, the one that keeps us all centered on the next greatest Tasks.  Her background in Corporate America makes her a huge asset to our organization, and we are forever grateful for her attention to details and Customer interactions.  Kristin is a mother of 2 extremely talented young ladies, and loves the beach.  We are grateful to have her as part of our Team and are ready to schedule your next project.
