Very good experience with 360 Painting
"I had a very good overall experience with 360 Painting, with one important caveat.
The actual painting crew—Jairo, Pepe, and Christian—were excellent. They were professional, respectful of my home, and did a very nice job. They showed up, worked efficiently, and delivered quality results. I would absolutely recommend them based on their workmanship and professionalism.
The challenge for me was the structure of the company as a franchise. There were multiple layers involved (sales, estimating, scheduling, project management, ownership), which made communication more complicated than it needed to be. I found myself having to ask for clarification on contract details such as scope, number of coats, and pricing for additional work to ensure everything was clearly defined.
While those questions were ultimately addressed, the process felt more administrative than expected for a relatively straightforward project.
In the end, the finished work was very good, and the crew deserves full credit. I would encourage future customers to make sure all details are clearly outlined upfront, especially when working within a multi-layered franchise structure."
